Today was binge day for me. Was able to pretty much eat anything I was longing for during the week.
What I realized is that this is not really much a binge day, this was just a normal day for me before I started the diet.
Point is, dieting is not hard. It is really about making smarter choices on the food we eat. We have to remember the purpose of us eating, which is to fuel the body.
So far, so good. Repetition will be the key here. Mexican food is king with this type of diet since it is beans and meat heavy. Will be stocking up on canned beans, mushrooms, vegetables, and a whole lot of eggs.
Can’t wait for my first binge day on Saturday. Already making a list of things that I want to feast on.
